About Derrig & Talbot
Derrig & Talbot is a construction company that was set up in 2015 by 3 partners, Ryan Derrig, and brothers Marc and JF Talbot and has been serving Quebec, Ontario, and the surrounding areas since then. In that time, we have gained an enviable reputation thanks to our commitment and passion to the projects we take on.

Our Clients
The type of clients we most commonly work with include commercial offices, retail establishments, educational institutions, governmental departments, healthcare (both dental and medical clinics) and residential property developers.
In our short history as a construction firm, we have grown to become one of the biggest Dental Clinic builders in Canada. Examples of previous projects we have worked on, including many dental clinics, can be found on the Our Work page of this site.
Our Growth
In a relatively short period of time, we have grown significantly. What started as a joint effort to pull the respective talents and skills of the founding members, has become a full-scale organization. We now have a team of over 30 skilled and experienced individuals including carpenters, project managers and estimators.

Regular Progress Updates and Reports
At Derrig & Talbot, we understand that because you are investing a lot of money into the construction project you have hired us for, that you will be anxious to see it completed. From the moment we take on the work, whether it's a completely new build or a renovation or retrofitting on an existing building, we will regularly update you on the progress.
We do this in the form of succinct and regular reports that outline a snapshot of your project's status. Within the report you will get a comprehensive work schedule and calendar, indicating what each individual or subcontractor will be doing and when.
